That&#8217;s what I&#8217;m learning about success. It&#8217;s not just about pushing harder, it&#8217;s about optimizing your surroundings. I recall taking the kids when they were much younger to Disney World, Florida. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d33dbe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2d33dbe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFirst off, breakfast was an eye-opener! I swear, they poured a little bit of Tea with a cup full of sugar! And the portion sizes were HUGE! Initially, it was a shock to the system. It took me ages to readjust to our &#8220;normal&#8221; portions! It made me realize how much our environment shapes our habits and expectations.
